In the autumn of 2015, the High School Attached to Tsinghua University will celebrate its 100th anniversary, which is an important opportunity to fully showcase the image of the university, and relevant commemorative activities will be held。At present, the school has fully launched the renovation project of the school history Museum, in order to enrich the collection of exhibits, it is decided to open to all teachers, students and alumni to collect old objects, the relevant matters are notified as follows:
It is a typical and representative material that reflects the early campus life, school construction, development and changes of our school since its founding in 1915，Including teachers' works, documents, pictures, audio and video materials, books, newspapers and periodicals, promotional materials, badges and plaques, bills and securities, fine arts, office equipment, test papers, teaching materials, equipment and instruments, student works and so on，Commemorative products and equipment, production tools，And other physical materials that can reflect the history of our school and the history of humanity。
2. Method of solicitation
(1) Donation: Collection units or individuals, on a voluntary basis, will donate the collected cultural relics to the museum free of charge。
(2) Loan exhibition: After friendly consultation between the two parties, on the basis of not changing the ownership of cultural relics, the cultural relics collection of the relevant collection units or individuals are borrowed and exhibited for a limited period。
(3) Reproduction: The cultural relics urgently needed by the school history museum and which cannot be obtained by the above means shall be reproduced or copied with the help of modern scientific and technological means。
(1) The first batch of solicitations shall start from the date of publication of the notice and end on June 30, 2015。
(2) The collection of historical relics of the school, the formation of a long-term mechanism, the collection for a long time, with the delivery of the collection。
